Ep 8. Burnt Toast

Lauren is worried about her future at Hester High when her popularity starts to dwindle after her parents' divorce goes public. When she overhears Shane say that Karma is the only reason she's still relevant, she hatches a plan to sabotage Karmy.

Meanwhile, Karma is struggling with her feelings for Liam and Amy. Amy is also dealing with her own emotions, as she realizes her feelings for Karma are deeper than she thought.

In the midst of all this drama, the school's Burnt Toast festival is quickly approaching. The festival celebrates all things burnt, and also serves as a fundraiser for the school.

Amy convinces Karma to perform a love song with her at the festival, in the hopes of winning her over. But when Lauren finds out about their plan, she uses the festival as an opportunity to publicly humiliate Karma.

As tensions rise between the friends and the festival draws closer, everyone is forced to confront their true feelings and motivations. Will Karma and Amy be able to overcome Lauren's sabotage? Or will their friendship be burnt to a crisp?
