The truth slowly unravels as the story rewinds to the first day of school when Sylvia (Cheryl Tan), a newly minted Assistant Professor, and Philip (Shane Pow), a promising student, begin their first day of school.

Students and faculty are back in school after the semester break. Everyone is worried about CK and his recovery. A new scandal breaks when a rumour surfaces that Dean Malcolm might have plagiarised material for the textbook that made him famous.

Bryan and Priya are running against each other in the Cempaka Hall Student Management Committee elections. Tensions run high and the gauntlet is thrown when Priya accuses Bryan of underhanded tactics. Compelled by an unpublished tribute for Juliet, Sylvia and Philip dig deeper into Juliets death.
