Blair is faced with a difficult decision when she is offered a job as an assistant manager at an exclusive clothing store in town. She is torn between her love for fashion and her dedication to Edna's Edibles and her friends. Meanwhile, Tootie struggles to reconcile her feelings for a guy who doesn't share her passion for politics, and Jo's efforts to improve her grades are complicated by a new relationship. As the girls work through their individual struggles, they come together to support each other and discover the true meaning of friendship.
