Ep 2. The Ozark Howler

In this episode of Expedition X, Josh Gates, Phil Torres, and Jessica Chobot head to the Ozark Mountains in search of the Ozark Howler, a mythical creature that has been said to roam the area for centuries. With limited information and few credible sightings, the team is unsure of what to expect.

Upon arrival, they meet with a local historian who recounts the folklore surrounding the Ozark Howler. Described as a large, dark-colored beast with glowing eyes and sharp horns, the Howler has been blamed for a number of mysterious disappearances and unexplained deaths in the area.

Determined to uncover the truth, the team sets out on a nighttime expedition, equipped with state-of-the-art cameras and tracking technology. They venture deep into the forest, following leads and looking for signs of the elusive creature.

As they move deeper into the wilderness, the team begins to hear strange noises and see unexplained movements in the trees. Sensing danger, they quickly set up camp and activate their cameras, hoping to capture any evidence of the Howler's existence.

Despite their efforts, the night passes without incident, and the team begins to wonder if the Howler is really just a legend. However, as they pack up their equipment and prepare to leave, they hear a bone-chilling roar coming from the depths of the forest.

Determined to learn more, the team returns to the area several times over the course of the episode, interviewing locals and analyzing footage from their cameras. They also consult with experts in cryptozoology, who offer intriguing insights into the origins and behaviors of similar creatures in other parts of the world.

As the investigation continues, tensions rise and the team members must confront their fears and push themselves to the limit in order to uncover the truth.
