Ep 16. Can't Touch This/Mission Bedtime

The monsters, who are all siblings, are excited to have a sleepover, but they're making so much noise that their parents are getting frustrated. Esme and Roy try a variety of tactics to get the monsters to calm down, from reading stories to playing soothing music, but nothing seems to work.

Finally, Esme comes up with a plan. She turns off all the lights and uses a flashlight to guide the monsters through a relaxing yoga sequence. The monsters are hesitant at first, but soon they're stretching and breathing along with Esme and Roy. After the yoga, Esme and Roy tuck the monsters into bed and sing them a lullaby. The monsters fall asleep quickly, and Esme and Roy are praised for their monster-sitting skills.

Throughout the episode, Esme and Roy demonstrate their commitment to helping the monsters in their community, no matter what challenges they may face.
