Ep 10. Tell Me No Secrets...

In ER season 13 episode 10, titled "Tell Me No Secrets," the staff of County General Hospital deals with a range of medical emergencies and personal issues.

At the start of the episode, Abby Lockhart, a nurse and the show's main character, is dealing with the aftermath of her breakup with Luka Kovac, a doctor. She's feeling lonely and uncertain about her future, but she has to put those feelings aside when a pregnant patient with a complicated medical history comes in.

Abby works alongside Dr. Pratt to try to prevent the patient from going into premature labor, but they soon realize that they need to perform an emergency C-section. The delivery is successful, but the baby is born with a serious medical condition that requires immediate surgery.

Meanwhile, Dr. Gates is treating a teenager with a history of drug abuse who has overdosed on prescription medication. As Gates tries to save the patient's life, he also has to navigate a tense conversation with the patient's father, who blames Gates for his son's addiction.

Other plotlines in the episode include:

- Dr. Morris treating a patient who feels like she's dying but can't explain why - Nurse Haleh taking care of a man with a bizarre medical condition that's causing his body to swell up - Dr. Banfield dealing with a personal issue that's affecting her work performance

As always, the ER staff are up against the clock as they try to save their patients' lives and navigate their own personal struggles. The tension is high and the stakes are even higher in this episode of ER.
