Ep 10. All About Christmas Eve

As the holidays approach, the emergency room at County General is busier than ever in ER season 12 episode 10, "All About Christmas Eve." With a mix of cases ranging from injuries sustained during tree-decorating to gunshots, the doctors and nurses of County General work tirelessly to save their patients.

Dr. Kovac (Goran Visnjic) struggles to find the perfect gift for his girlfriend, Sam (Linda Cardellini), as their relationship becomes more serious. Meanwhile, Abby (Maura Tierney) and Luka (Mekhi Phifer) navigate the complicated waters of co-parenting their son, while also dealing with their own relationship issues.

The staff also must deal with a patient who refuses treatment due to his religious beliefs and a man who is brought in after attempting suicide. As they work to save lives, the doctors and nurses also try to make the most of their own holiday moments, including Dr. Pratt (Mekhi Phifer) who bonds with a young patient while dressed as Santa Claus.

Despite the chaos of the emergency room and their own personal struggles, the staff of County General come together to celebrate the spirit of the season and the hope of better days to come.
