Ep 5. The Dream Team

In Entourage season 4 episode 5 titled The Dream Team, the focus is on the new project that Vince has just signed up for. The script is about a football movie and Vince is super excited about it. Eric is also looking forward to it, but his excitement takes a back seat when he learns that there are going to be some changes made in the project.

Vince is introduced to Billy Walsh who is supposed to direct the movie, but he is a highly unconventional guy who thinks that he knows everything about directing a movie. Vince and the rest of the crew are having a hard time getting along with Billy and the tension keeps mounting. Billy's wild behavior is causing more harm than good and it seems like the project is in jeopardy.

Meanwhile, Ari has invited the studio heads to watch a rough cut of Medellin, but he is not happy with the cut. The studio heads are also not happy and they start to lose faith in Ari and his ability to deliver a hit movie. Ari tries his best to convince them that everything is under control, but it seems like he is losing the battle.

Turtle is still struggling to find his place in the business and he is thinking about starting his own company. He meets with some of his friends who own a car wash business and he thinks that this could be his opportunity to make it big. However, he soon learns that the car wash business is not as easy as it seems.

As the tension between Billy and the rest of the crew mounts, Vince decides that he needs to take matters into his own hands. He speaks to Billy and they have a frank discussion about the movie and the way that it is being directed. Billy seems to take what Vince says to heart and the two of them start to work together to make the movie a success.

The episode ends on a positive note as Medellin finally gets its release date and Ari breathes a sigh of relief. Vince is thrilled about the football movie and the new direction that it is taking, and even Turtle seems to have found a new sense of purpose.
