Vince is back from his trip to Cannes with a new love interest, an Italian model named Fiona. The guys are excited to meet her and get the details on Vince's Cannes experience. Meanwhile, Ari is dealing with his own relationship drama as his wife, Melissa, has left him and taken their daughter with her. He turns to Lloyd for support but his assistant advises him to give Melissa space and let her come back on her own terms.
Eric is struggling to juggle his new job as Vince's manager, his own relationship with Sloan, and the demands of Ari's office. When Vince reveals that Fiona wants to get married, Eric is unsure how to handle the situation. He advises Vince to take things slow and not rush into anything but Vince seems convinced that Fiona is the one for him.
Turtle is also dealing with relationship problems as he tries to win back his ex-girlfriend, Jamie-Lynn. He turns to Drama for advice but his older brother seems more interested in helping him land a role in Jamie-Lynn's new movie. Turtle is torn between his feelings for Jamie-Lynn and his desire to further his career.
As the episode progresses, Vince and Fiona's relationship becomes increasingly serious and the guys are skeptical of his sudden desire to settle down. Drama and Turtle try to persuade Vince to slow things down but he is determined to make Fiona his wife. Eric is caught in the middle of the drama as he tries to balance Vince's wishes with his own reservations about the situation.
Meanwhile, Ari is struggling to cope with his separation from Melissa and his daughter. He starts to act out in the office, taking his frustrations out on Lloyd and others around him. When Lloyd reveals that Melissa is seeing someone else, Ari loses his temper and lashes out at his assistant.
The tension between Vince and the guys comes to a head when they try to convince him not to go through with the wedding. Vince accuses them of being jealous and not wanting him to be happy. Eric tries to reason with him, pointing out that he barely knows Fiona and that marriage is a serious commitment. Vince refuses to listen and tells Eric that he is no longer his manager if he cannot support his decision.
The episode ends with Vince and Fiona getting married in a lavish ceremony, with the guys looking on in disbelief. As they exchange vows, Eric realizes that he cannot support Vince's decision and quietly walks out of the ceremony. The future of their friendship hangs in the balance as they all struggle with the consequences of Vince's impulsive decision.
