As the opening credits roll, the audience is treated to a montage of scenes from episode one- a recap of sorts to help those who might've missed out on certain plot details. We see the arrival of a new principal who is eager to make his mark at Las Encinas, the disappearance of Ari, Guzman and Ander's rocky relationship, and Rebeka's struggle with her diagnosis.
When the action returns, we are shown the immediate aftermath of Cayetana and Rebe's hookup. It seems that things have gotten complicated, and both women are now feeling uneasy about what happened. However, before they can talk things through, they are interrupted by a knock at the door- it's Guzman, here to reclaim his position as leader of the pack.
The next few scenes unfold rapidly, with Guzman and Samuel negotiating over who will lead their group of friends. Meanwhile, the new principal is causing a stir with his strict policies and no-nonsense attitude. He particularly takes issue with Rebeka, who has been skipping classes and flouting the rules in an attempt to forget about her diagnosis.
As the day wears on, tensions continue to rise between all parties involved. Samuel is still mourning the loss of Ari, Cayetana is struggling with her identity and the guilt of what she's done, and Guzman and Nadia have a heart-to-heart about their future together. All the while, the shadow of the principal looms large over everything- threatening to shake up the delicate balance of power at Las Encinas.
The episode takes a turn toward the dramatic when Rebeka's father shows up unexpectedly, demanding that she leave Las Encinas altogether. He seems to think that the school is a bad influence on his daughter, and is determined to take her away from all her friends and support systems. Rebeka is rightfully upset by this, and turns to her friends for help- but it remains to be seen whether they will be able to intervene in time.
In the final scene of the episode, tension reaches a fever pitch when the principal announces that he will be holding an assembly to address the recent scandals and allegations of misconduct. Everyone is on edge, wondering what he will say and how it will affect their standing at the school. Anything goes, and no one is safe from the fallout.
