Ep 18. Slow Boats / Bling Thing

When several boats including Elias are accidentally given sunflower oil instead of engine oil, they're engines all fail out at sea. With so many boats in trouble, Helinor and Dippy can't rescue them all on their own. / Dippy, Swifty and Elias are going fish watching in the crystal clear waters of Gull Island where they're disturbed by noisy Rocky who comes bouncing over the waves at top speed.
