Ep 14. Elias's Barnacles / Litter Lout

Elias has a cleaning session scheduled in Goliath's workshop, but he doesn't want to go so he gives his time slot to Smacky who's massively impaired by the barnacles all over his hull. / The day after a party in Golden Bay reveals that a lot of clearing up has to be done. Cruiser is saddled with the job of taking the litter to the recycling plant in Cozy Cove.
