Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson are back for another thrilling episode of Elementary. In episode 3, entitled "Child Predator," the duo must work together to solve a case involving a young girl who has been kidnapped.
The episode opens with Holmes playing the violin as Watson watches on, clearly annoyed. Holmes receives a call from Captain Gregson and immediately deduces that the case must be serious.
The victim, a young girl named Lily, was taken from her bedroom in the middle of the night. The parents received a ransom note demanding $2 million in exchange for her safe return. Holmes is skeptical of the note, noting that it's highly unlikely that a professional kidnapper would make such a blatant move.
As they begin to investigate, Holmes and Watson discover that the family has some dark secrets. The father has a history of infidelity and the mother is deeply unhappy in her marriage. Could one of them be involved in the kidnapping?
One of the key players in the case is Lily's computer, which was left behind after she was taken. Holmes quickly discovers that she had been communicating with someone online, someone who may have lured her out of her bedroom. The team decides to use Lily's computer to stage a trap for the kidnapper.
As they wait for the kidnapper to make contact online, Holmes and Watson begin to unravel a web of secrets and lies among the family and their friends. Everyone seems to have something to hide, and it's not clear who can be trusted.
Meanwhile, Lily's time is running out. The kidnapper is becoming increasingly desperate, and it's clear that they are capable of violence. As the team races against the clock to find her, they begin to piece together the real story behind the kidnapping.
In the end, it's a race against the clock as Holmes and Watson race to find Lily before it's too late. Will they be able to uncover the truth before it's too late? Tune in to find out in "Child Predator," the latest episode of Elementary.
