Ep 11. Dirty Laundry

Meanwhile, Joan is dealing with some personal issues of her own. She's trying to track down her former patient, who she suspects may be involved in criminal activity. Despite Sherlock's best efforts to discourage her from interfering with her past patient's affairs, Joan can't help but feel responsible for her former patient's well-being.

As the investigation continues to unfold, the duo must navigate through complex relationships, personal secrets, and deceit to bring the killer to justice.
