Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventures is a Japanese anime television series produced by AIC and was first aired on April 8, 1999, on AXN-Asia. Kazuki wakes up to a very familiar face, Miss Rara. When he was thrown out from his robot and into enemy territory, she has brought him back without knowing that he is the pilot of the robot. Kazuki realizes that Miss Rara is Mitsuki of this world. He wants to escape from the place even though, Mitsuki Rara treated him really well.

Mitsuki is trying to get used to Yayoi living with them and controlling everything. Meanwhile, Kazuki, Mitsuki and Dee working as a team, has been winning all their battles against the Rara army. In order to win, the Rara army uses a new robot against the UN Forces. . The Rara robot concentrates on attacking the Hartzenon robot with Kazuki inside. Mitsuki and Dee couldn't help him. Seeing Kazuki life is in danger, Ken sends out the signal of surrender to Rara, but Rara robot takes Kazuki behind the enemy lines. Ken then, begs General Rara to release the pilot but he refuses.

When Mitsuki and Kazuki arrived at school, they learned that Yayoi is their new teacher. After school, they went for training at the military base and discovered that Yayoi is also their new drill instructor. Mitsuki who is upset with Yayoi, tried to have Reika marry Yayoi off.

Kazuki has to pose as Mitsuki Sanada's little brother to attend school. All the boys at school give him love letters to give to Mitsuki and try to buy the lunch she made for him. The next day, Mitsuki is upset again when she learns that Dee is moving in with them too. Ken Sanada put her in Kazuki's room because he thought it will improve morale between the pilots and Dee responds to Kazuki.

Mitsuki was shocked that she has to live with Kazuki in the same house, but Ken Sanada tells her that since Kazuki doesn't exist in this world, he has no where else to stay. In the meantime, Akane wants to keep Kazuki's identity a secret from the enemy. Kazuki finally met Yayoi, the injured pilot that he saved. In the next battle, Kazuki reluctantly agrees to wear the female suit to deceive the enemy about his true identity.

Kazuki is persuaded by Akane and Ken to be the pilot of the Hartzenon. They are amazed that a male can pilots the robot since usually only the females were the only one capable of doing that. Kazuki meets Dee, a Bioroid whose body was re-created to save her from the wreckage of an alien ship. It was her alien technology and artifacts that have built the robots for both sides.

After finding the pilot missing, Kazuki returned to his house to find his parents, but they weren't there and neither were any of his things. When his parents return home, they didn't recognize him and thought that he was a burglar and threw him out. Then the military police who were led by Mitsuki, take him to a nearby military base. Ken Sanada of this world greets him and then explains that he doesn't exist in this world and Mitsuki is from his own world and has arrived a month earlier. Ken Sanada is the UN leader of the Global Defense Force and at the moment, the world is at war with the Rara army led by a fellow scientist named Hiroshi Rara.
