Ep 3. Surrogates

Jane takes on a case involving a surrogate mother who is fighting for custody of the baby she carried after the biological parents decide they want to keep it. Meanwhile, Grayson represents a family that is being evicted from their home to make way for a new shopping mall. Stacy becomes concerned about Peter's possible involvement in the Ponzi scheme and enlists Teri's help to investigate. Jane finds herself dealing with personal issues when she discovers that she might be pregnant. As the case develops, Jane finds herself more involved in the lives of the surrogate mother and the biological parents, which raises ethical questions about the surrogate process and motherhood.
