In the third episode of the first season of DreamWorks Dragons, titled "Animal House," the adventures of Hiccup and Toothless continue as they encounter a group of wild dragons who have unexpectedly made their home in the outskirts of Berk.
At the beginning of the episode, Hiccup is trying to teach Toothless how to fly upside down. Toothless is hesitant at first but eventually manages to do it successfully. However, their lesson is interrupted when they hear strange noises coming from the forest. Hiccup and Toothless investigate and come across a group of wild dragons that has settled in the area. Among the dragons is a rare and mysterious dragon that Hiccup has never seen before.
When Hiccup and Toothless return to Berk to report their discovery, they find that the villagers are less than excited about the presence of wild dragons so close to their home. The villagers' fear and mistrust of dragons is still deeply rooted, and they worry that the wild dragons will cause destruction and chaos.
Despite the villagers' concerns, Hiccup urges them to consider the possibility that the wild dragons could be peaceful, and suggests that they try to establish a connection with them through food. Hiccup convinces the villagers to leave baskets of fish at the edge of the forest as a peace offering to the wild dragons.
However, things take a turn for the worse when the wild dragons, in their excitement over the food, accidentally destroy parts of the village. The villagers are enraged and demand that the wild dragons be banished from their territory.
But Hiccup still believes that there is a way to live alongside the wild dragons, and he sets out to prove it by attempting to create a home for them in the forest. Toothless leads the way, and with the help of all the other dragons, Hiccup builds a massive treehouse for the wild dragons. The treehouse is filled with all sorts of treats and comforts for the wild dragons, and Hiccup hopes that they will accept it as their new home.
After initial hesitation, the wild dragons eventually take to the treehouse and make it their own. The villagers are skeptical at first, but when the wild dragons stop causing damage and destruction, they begin to see that Hiccup's plan has worked.
The episode ends with Hiccup and Toothless watching as the wild dragons make themselves at home in their new treehouse. Hiccup is pleased that he could show the villagers that dragons can peacefully coexist with humans, and Toothless is happy to have made some new friends.
Overall, "Animal House" is an uplifting and heartwarming episode that emphasizes the importance of understanding and acceptance in creating a peaceful community. It is a must-watch for fans of the franchise and anyone who loves a good underdog story.
