Ep 15. Cats and Koalas

With some rest and rehabilitation, Max is soon back to his old self and ready to play fetch once again.
Later in the episode, Dr. Chris meets with a young girl and her cockatiel, Coco. The girl is worried that Coco might be sick and has noticed that he has been sleeping a lot lately. Dr. Chris examines Coco and discovers that he is suffering from a vitamin deficiency. He prescribes a special diet for Coco and advises the girl on how to care for her pet bird.
The episode concludes with a visit from a family who have brought in their dog, a border collie named Jack. Jack has been experiencing seizures and the family is understandably worried. Dr. Chris examines Jack and discovers that the seizures are being caused by a brain tumor. He explains the treatment options to the family and they decide to go ahead with surgery. Dr. Chris successfully removes the tumor and Jack is soon on the road to recovery.
