Description
"Downtime" (1995) was a direct-to-video spinoff of the British science fiction series "Doctor Who." The plot revolves around a former companion of the Doctor, Victoria Waterfield, who is being manipulated by the sinister Great Intelligence. Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart and Sarah Jane Smith have to stop the Great Intelligence from seizing control of the Internet and thereby conquering the Earth.
