Bill Bluff invests in a Yakestonian treat the plummets, causing him to lose all of his money. Beebe can't bare to let anyone know, so she throws a huge party to try and silence the rumors. But when Bill comes and tells her that they can't afford it, in front of everyone, Beebe is embarassed. So, everyone tries to help her adapt to not being rich.
