The second part of the episode, Doug Says Goodbye, Doug's friend Patti Mayonnaise is moving away from town, and he is having a hard time dealing with her leaving. Doug tries to make the most of the time he has left by spending every moment he can with Patti, but this proves to be challenging when he learns that she has a secret admirer who is trying to win her heart. Doug becomes jealous and tries to stop the admirer from winning Patti's affections. In the end, however, Doug learns that true friendship means wanting the best for your friends and ultimately allows Patti to make her own decision about who to choose.
