Man and Han meet by accident in Thailand after Man mistakenly believes that he is someone else. Despite the awkwardness of their meeting, they find that they enjoy each other's company, and they begin to date. Trouble comes, however, when Han finds out from a friend of hers that Man has been diagnosed with cancer. He wants to enjoy what time they have together, but she has fled. Will he be able to find her so that they can face an uncertain future together, or will he lose her forever?
