Ep 7. You Can Bet on It!

Dog The Bounty Hunter season 4 episode 7 is titled "You Can Bet on It!" and revolves around the team's hunt for a fugitive named Jeff Barch. Barch has a long list of charges against his name, including burglary, theft, drug possession, and robbery. The team sets out to arrest him before he can cause any more damage.

The episode begins with Dog and his team receiving an anonymous tip that Jeff Barch is hiding out in a hotel in downtown Honolulu. The team quickly springs into action and heads to the hotel to apprehend him. Once they arrive, they begin their search for Barch. After searching several rooms, they finally find him hiding under a bed.

Barch initially tries to resist arrest, but Dog and his team are quick to subdue him. They handcuff him and take him outside, where they question him about his crimes. Barch denies any involvement in the crimes he's been charged with and claims that he's been falsely accused. However, Dog and his team don't buy it and are determined to catch him in the act.

The team takes Barch back to their office, where they begin the process of booking him. As they're going through his belongings, they discover something unexpected – a stack of betting slips. Upon closer examination, they realize that the slips are for a local dog race that's taking place that night. It turns out that Barch is not only a criminal, but a gambling addict as well.

Dog sees an opportunity to catch Barch in the act of breaking the law and decides to stake out the dog race. He and his team head to the race track and begin looking for Barch. After searching for a while, they spot him in the betting area, placing a bet on one of the dogs. Dog confronts Barch and tells him that he's going to be arrested for gambling.

However, Barch refuses to go down without a fight and begins to run. A chase ensues, with Dog and his team trying to catch up to Barch. Eventually, they're able to apprehend him and take him into custody.

Back at the office, Dog and his team prepare to book Barch once again. However, Barch is still maintaining his innocence and claims that he's been set up. Dog decides to conduct a polygraph test to determine the truth.

The polygraph test reveals that Barch has been lying about his involvement in the crimes he's been charged with. Dog confronts Barch about the test results and Barch finally admits to his crimes. He apologizes for his actions and expresses regret for the harm he's caused.

The episode ends with Dog and his team taking Barch to jail. Dog reflects on the fact that, while he may be a bounty hunter, he's also a law enforcement agent and it's his duty to uphold the law. He vows to continue to fight crime and bring criminals to justice.
