In the first half of this episode, "Kirby and the King," Doc and her toys are playing a new game called "Knights of the Round Table," but they're missing a knight. Luckily, Doc's little brother Donny has a toy dragon named Kirby who is perfect for the role. However, when Kirby gets a scratch on his tail, he becomes too scared to play. Doc reassures Kirby that she can fix him, and they all head to the McStuffins Toy Hospital.
Inside the hospital, Kirby is hesitant to let Doc examine him, but she is able to earn his trust by talking to him about dragons and their bravery. While examining Kirby, Doc discovers that he needs a new tail, but the only replacement they have is too short. Doc gets an idea and decides to make Kirby a new tail using different toy parts.
Meanwhile, back in the playroom, the other toys team up to help Kirby overcome his fear, and they all dress up as different knights and dragons. With their support and Doc's new tail, Kirby is able to conquer his fear and becomes a brave knight once again.
In the second half of the episode, "Bubble Monkey, Blow Your Nose!," Alma's toy Bubble Monkey is under the weather and can't stop sneezing. Doc diagnoses him with a cold and recommends lots of rest and fluids. But when Bubble Monkey's friend, Kiwi, comes to visit him, he accidentally blows a tissue into Bubble Monkey's nose.
Unable to blow his nose, Bubble Monkey becomes worried and upset. Doc realizes that Bubble Monkey needs help to clear his nose, but his nose is too small to use a tissue or to suck out the mucus with a bulb. So, she summons her toy vacuum and uses it to clear Bubble Monkey's nose. Finally able to breathe clearly again, Bubble Monkey is grateful for Doc's help and rests easy.
Overall, this episode of Doc McStuffins focuses on bravery and friendship, as Kirby learns to overcome his fear and Bubble Monkey receives the help he needs from his friends. The show continues to teach important lessons about taking care of oneself and helping others.
