Ep 23. Boo-Hoo to You! / It's Glow Time

In the first half of the episode, "Boo-Hoo to You!" Doc's stuffed toy lamb, Lambie, seems to have hurt her arm dancing. Doc takes a closer look and finds that Lambie has a tear in her stuffing and needs a patch. As Doc gets to work stitching up Lambie's arm, she talks to her about how it's okay to cry and express your feelings. When her little brother comes in crying, Doc shows him how to express his emotions and even sings a song about it. Just as Lambie is all patched up and feeling better, the rest of Doc's toys come in, all crying and boo-hooing over different things. Doc works her magic and helps each of them to feel better, leaving the clinic once again full of happy and healthy toys.

The second half of the episode, "It's Glow Time," has all of the toys excited for the upcoming Glow-in-the-Dark Friendship Parade. The parade is a chance for all of the toys in the neighborhood to gather together, light up, and spread cheer. However, when Doc's toy firefly, Flash, realizes that his glow is out, he's afraid he won't be able to participate. Doc takes a look at Flash's glow-in-the-dark gel, but finds that it's all dried up. She has an idea to make a homemade version of the gel using glitter and glue, but she's not sure if it will work. In the meantime, she shows Flash that he can still have fun and participate in the parade even if he's not glowing.

When the glue and glitter mixture is ready, Doc and her toy friends test it out, but it’s only visible in the dark if you stand still. So, they figure out how to create a special environment to make the homemade glow gel work. They set up a dark room with pictures on the wall and when they turn the lights off, the glow gel illuminates the pictures in a beautiful way. Flash is overjoyed that he'll be able to join the parade after all, and the rest of the toys are excited to show off their glowing decorations as well. The episode ends with the Glow-in-the-Dark Friendship Parade and all of the toys, glowing and non-glowing alike, happily celebrating together.
