A man and woman flee on a motorcycle after an officer tried to make a routine traffic stop. Two suspected bank robbers, one who was dressed as Santa Claus, flee police in Michigan. Surveillance cameras on a house in California catch an arsonist in action. Buffalo break free from a farm in Maryland. In Louisiana, a woman is spotted in a car hanging out the window screaming and bleeding.
