Phineas and Ferb, along with their friends Isabella, Baljeet, and Buford, decide to participate in the yearly scare competition at the haunted house, but their efforts are constantly thwarted by Candace, who is determined to bust them for their latest invention. Meanwhile, Perry the Platypus deals with his own mission as he tries to foil Dr. Doofenshmirtz's latest scheme. The competition heats up as everyone tries to out-scare each other, but with Candace on their trail, will Phineas and Ferb be able to pull off the ultimate scare?
