Ep 7. Guardian Angel

In the seventh episode of Digimon Adventure season 2, titled "Guardian Angel," the group finds themselves in a strange, deserted city. They soon discover that this is the Digital World's version of New York City and that it's been destroyed by the Digimon Emperor.

As they explore the city, they find an injured and confused Digimon named Andromon. Andromon explains that he was the guardian of the city but was taken over by the Digimon Emperor's control spire. The group decides to help Andromon defeat the spire so that he can regain his free will.

However, the spire proves to be too strong, and Andromon is unable to fight its influence. Just as things look grim, a mysterious Digimon appears and helps them defeat the spire. This Digimon introduces himself as Magnamon and reveals that he was sent by the Celestial Digimon to aid them in their fight against the Digimon Emperor.

The group is skeptical of Magnamon at first, but he proves his worth by using his abilities to locate and destroy several more of the Digimon Emperor's control spires. With Magnamon's help, the group is able to save many Digimon from the Emperor's control and gain an ally in their fight against him.

As the episode ends, the group realizes the importance of having allies in their fight against the Digimon Emperor and sets out to find more Digimon to join them in their fight.
