In Digimon Adventure season 1 episode 4, titled "Biyomon Gets Firepower," Tai and Agumon are still searching for their missing friends when they come across a strange black gear floating in the river. Suddenly, a bird-like creature named Biyomon appears and attacks them. However, Tai and Agumon are able to fend her off with ease. Tai quickly comes to the realization that Biyomon must be another Digital Monster, just like Agumon.
Tai tries to befriend Biyomon, but she is hesitant and runs away. Later, the group encounters a little girl named Sora who is trying to light a campfire for the night without any success. Tai realizes that they can use Biyomon's fire attribute to start the fire and decides to bring her along with them. After some coaxing, Biyomon finally agrees to come along, but still seems wary of Tai and the group.
As they journey together, Tai learns more about Biyomon and why she's so timid. Biyomon is not originally from Biyomon Village, where most of her kind live. Instead, she was born in Primary Village, a secluded location where baby Digital Monsters first hatch. Biyomon was the only one of her kind to come from Primary Village, making her feel like an outsider amongst her own kind.
Tai tries to encourage Biyomon and make her feel more comfortable, but she's still hesitant to fully trust him. Things take a turn for the worse when they end up in the forest and encounter a group of Black Gears attached to several wild Digital Monsters. Tai and his friends are outnumbered and outmatched. On top of that, Biyomon is too scared to fight, leaving them at a disadvantage.
However, Tai comes up with a plan. He decides to tap into Biyomon's potential and help her unlock her true power. He tells her that she's not alone and that they will always support her. Biyomon finally starts to believe in herself and shows off her new power. With her fiery attacks, Biyomon helps the group defeat the Black Gear-infected Digital Monsters and remove the gears from their bodies.
After the battle, Biyomon finally starts to open up to Tai and the group. She realizes that she's not alone and that she has friends who will always be there for her. The group sets up camp for the night and Biyomon even helps Sora light a fire. Tai reflects on the day's events and how they helped Biyomon become more confident in her abilities.
Overall, "Biyomon Gets Firepower" is an action-packed episode with a heartwarming message. It's a great example of how friends can support and empower each other when things get tough. Fans of the Digimon franchise are sure to enjoy this episode and the rest of the season as Tai and his friends continue on their exciting adventures.
