No time exists for Arnold in Diff'rent Strokes season 1 episode 13. The episode begins with Willis trying to teach Arnold the importance of punctuality, but Arnold just can’t seem to keep track of time. He is always running late, forgetting things, and generally disorganized. This has become a serious issue for Arnold, as he has been missing important events and is starting to get into trouble at school. Mr. Drummond, Willis, and Kimberly all try to help Arnold get his act together, but their efforts seem to be in vain.

Arnold’s problems begin to snowball when he forgets to do his homework, and his teacher gives him an F. When Mr. Drummond sees the bad grade, he decides to take drastic action. He forbids Arnold from watching TV until his grades improve, hoping that this will motivate him to focus more on his studies. In an attempt to get back in Mr. Drummond’s good graces, Arnold tries to make up for his bad grade by running errands for him. However, he only ends up making things worse, by getting the laundry mixed up and spilling milk all over the kitchen floor.

As Arnold’s grades continue to slip, Mr. Drummond decides to hire a tutor for him. However, the tutor turns out to be a mean, strict woman who is more interested in scolding Arnold than helping him. Arnold quickly becomes terrified of her, and starts to dread his tutoring sessions. But even with the help of the tutor, Arnold’s grades continue to plummet.

Things come to a head when Arnold forgets his lines in the school play and ends up embarrassing himself in front of the entire audience. This is the final straw for Mr. Drummond, who decides to take away Arnold’s allowance until he shows some improvement in his grades. Arnold is devastated by this punishment, and promises to turn things around.

Willis and Kimberly lend a hand, and help Arnold study for his history test. With their help, Arnold finally starts to make progress and manages to pass the test with flying colors. Mr. Drummond is thrilled by Arnold’s improvement and agrees to reinstate his allowance. To celebrate, the family goes out for ice cream, and Arnold proudly tells everyone that he is no longer "the dumb one."

No time exists for Arnold, but with the help of his family, he manages to turn his life around and become a better student and person. This episode highlights the importance of time management and how it can impact a person’s life. It also shows the power of family support and how it can make a world of difference to a struggling child.
