Plum finds herself getting deeper into the world of Jennifer when she is tasked with going undercover to survey a potential target. Meanwhile, her boss Kitty is under fire from a PR nightmare at Austen Media, and pushes for Plum to become a spokesperson for Verena Baptist's therapy program for women. Plum attends a meeting of the feminist collective Calliope House and is struck by their radical message. She also catches the eye of a charismatic activist named Dominic, who challenges her to think about her role in the world. As Plum navigates different worlds, she starts to question who she is and what she stands for.
