Ep 6. Lamp Sweet Lamp

Mal and Evie are working on a project for their school science fair. Their invention is a lamp that purifies the air, which they believe will be a winning idea. When the girls go to show off their lamp to the science teacher, they find out that someone has stolen the bulb from their invention. They immediately suspect Jordan, who has been acting strange lately.

Jordan insists that she didn't steal the bulb, but she does admit that she has been having trouble sleeping. Mal and Evie soon learn that Jordan has been having nightmares about her family's lamp-making business. Her grandfather, who was known for his beautiful and powerful lamps, passed away before he could pass down his knowledge to Jordan. Jordan's mother took over the business, but she is more concerned with profits than with creating beautiful lamps. Jordan feels helpless because she doesn't know how to make the kind of lamps that her grandfather made.

Mal and Evie want to help Jordan conquer her fears and learn about lamp-making. They offer to be her apprentices and Jordan agrees to teach them everything she knows. They spend the day learning about the history of lamp-making and Jordan explains some of the designs that her grandfather created. Mal and Evie are impressed by Jordan's knowledge and they encourage her to keep learning and to continue her family's legacy.

The girls are determined to find out who stole the bulb from their invention. After some investigating, they discover that it was actually another student who wanted to use the bulb for their own project. Mal and Evie confront the student and demand that they return the bulb. They explain that stealing is wrong and that they should create their own projects instead of stealing from others.

In the end, Mal, Evie, and Jordan successfully create a new bulb for their invention and win the science fair. Jordan also gains the confidence to continue learning about lamp-making and feels like she has a newfound connection to her grandfather. Mal and Evie are proud of their friend and happy to have helped her overcome her fears.
