Ep 8. Gathering

Tanjiro and the rest of the Demon Slayer Corps receive a new mission involving the Entertainment District, a hot spot for demon activity. They are tasked with investigating the mysterious disappearances of young women who are being taken to an unknown location. To gather information, they split up and blend in with the crowd. Tanjiro and Inosuke pose as street performers, while Zenitsu disguises himself as a wealthy nobleman.

Inosuke's impulsive nature causes him to attract unwanted attention, but Tanjiro quickly diffuses the situation by putting on a spectacular performance. Meanwhile, Zenitsu struggles to maintain his cover and becomes the target of a group of wealthy women who are interested in his fortune. Fortunately, a kindhearted geisha named Tengen Uzui intervenes and takes Zenitsu under her wing.

As they continue their investigation, they learn of a powerful demon who has taken over the district and is forcing the women into servitude. The demon's minions are also on the lookout for any intruders, making it difficult for the Demon Slayer Corps to move around undetected.

Despite the obstacles, they manage to gather enough information to track down the demon's lair. They make a plan to rescue the women and defeat the demon, but when they arrive, they find that the demon is much stronger than they anticipated. The battle is intense and grueling, but the Demon Slayer Corps prevails with some unexpected assistance.

After the battle, they are able to free the women and return them safely to their families. The mission is a success, but their work in the Entertainment District is far from over. They discover that there are still many demons lurking in the shadows, and they must remain vigilant to protect the innocent.

As the episode comes to a close, Tanjiro reflects on his mission and the importance of protecting those who cannot protect themselves. He knows that as a Demon Slayer, it is his duty to destroy demons and keep the world safe from their threat. With renewed determination, he vows to continue his battle against the forces of darkness.
