In season 10 episode 3 of Degrassi: The Next Generation, titled "Love Lockdown, Pt. 2," the aftermath of the lockdown at Degrassi continues to affect the students and faculty. Holly J. is still struggling to come to terms with her abduction and feels guilty for not being able to protect herself and her friends. She decides to take control by organizing a self-defense class for the female students at Degrassi.
Meanwhile, Wesley and Anya's relationship is put to the test when Wesley takes his interest in science to a new level by trying out for the academic team. Anya feels left out and worried that their differing interests will eventually drive them apart. She seeks advice from her mother, who suggests they try to find common ground by taking up a new hobby together.
Elsewhere, Sav and Anya's relationship hits a roadblock when Sav's parents forbid him from seeing her due to their differing cultural backgrounds. He's torn between his love for Anya and his obligation to his family, leading to a major dilemma for him.
Tensions also rise between Clare and Eli as they struggle to communicate about their feelings and relationship. Eli is dealing with his own issues, including writer's block and a difficult home life, which makes it hard for him to open up to Clare. With their futures uncertain, they both wonder if they should take a break from each other or try to work through their problems.
In the end, the students and faculty of Degrassi come together to support each other and move forward from the traumatic events of the lockdown. While some relationships may be tested and some may come to an end, the episode shows the importance of communication and empathy in overcoming challenges.
