In Deadwind season 1 episode 2 titled "Juhlat," we see the continuing investigation of the murder of Anna Bergdahl. The episode resumes from where the previous episode ended, where Sophia Karppi and Sakari Nurmi arrested Usko Bergdahl, Anna's husband, for the murder of his wife.

Sophia and Sakari intensively interrogate Usko. At first, Usko denies having anything to do with the murder, but as Sophia and Sakari continue to question him, he gives in and confesses to the murder. He gets emotional and tells the detectives that he loved his wife but killed her after he found out that Anna had an affair with another man.

Meanwhile, Anna's family has to deal with the aftermath of her death. Anna's mother is in denial, while Anna's sister Linda seems to know something about Anna's affair. She tells Sophia that Anna had gone to a work party where she met someone, and that is how the affair started.

Sophia and Sakari are suspicious of Linda's knowledge of the affair. They investigate her further and realize that Linda had an affair with the same man as Anna, Janne Haukkala. Despite suspecting Linda, Sophia and Sakari also explore other leads, including Usko's financial troubles and connections to criminal activities.

The detectives also discover that Anna's phone has been missing since the night of the murder. They track down the phone and retrieve it, hoping it could provide more evidence for the case.

As the investigation deepens, we also see Sophia dealing with personal issues. She is shown to still be grieving the loss of her husband, and her relationship with her son seems to be strained. We also see her trying to balance her career and personal life, as she tries to attend a birthday party for her son that happens on the same day as the interrogation of Usko.

In between all of this, the episode also shows glimpses of the killer's perspective. The killer is shown to be watching the investigation closely and staying one step ahead of the detectives.

Overall, "Juhlat" is an intense episode that keeps you engaged throughout. The storyline is well-crafted and the acting is excellent. The episode does an excellent job of weaving the personal and professional lives of the detectives. With plenty of twists and turns, the episode sets the stage for a gripping season.
