Ep 11. Going Nowhere Fast

Darkwing Duck season 2 episode 11, titled "Going Nowhere Fast," follows the titular hero as he attempts to stop an evil plot by transportation tycoon Tuskernini. Tuskernini is attempting to gain a monopoly on transportation in the city, and Darkwing Duck knows that he needs to stop him before it's too late.

As the episode begins, we see Tuskernini unveiling his latest creation: a high-speed train that can travel faster than anything else in the city. However, Darkwing Duck suspects that there is more to this train than meets the eye, and he begins to investigate.

Meanwhile, Tuskernini is working behind the scenes to sabotage other forms of transportation in the city. He hires a gang of thugs to steal the wheels off of a school bus, making it impossible for the children to get to school. He also causes a massive traffic jam by creating a fake construction site, preventing anyone from getting anywhere on time.

Darkwing Duck quickly realizes that he needs to act fast if he wants to stop Tuskernini's evil plans. He begins by investigating the high-speed train, but he is unable to find any evidence of wrongdoing. That is, until he discovers a secret compartment inside the train that is filled with stolen goods.

With this evidence in hand, Darkwing Duck goes to confront Tuskernini at his headquarters. However, he is quickly captured by the villain's henchmen and thrown into a cell.

While he's locked up, Darkwing Duck comes up with a plan to stop Tuskernini once and for all. He manages to escape from his cell and sneaks onto the high-speed train, where he discovers the villain's true plan: to use the train to rob the city's banks.

Darkwing Duck knows that he needs to stop Tuskernini before he can carry out his plan. He fights off the villain's henchmen and manages to derail the train, causing it to crash and preventing Tuskernini from carrying out his heist.

In the end, Tuskernini is arrested and Darkwing Duck is hailed as a hero once again. The city can now rest easy knowing that they are safe from Tuskernini's evil schemes.

The episode's plot, while simple, is full of action and excitement. Darkwing Duck is a likable hero who always manages to save the day, even in the face of overwhelming odds. "Going Nowhere Fast" is a great example of what makes this show so much fun to watch.
