This villain is known as the Phantom Blot, and he's causing all sorts of chaos around the city. Darkwing Duck and his trusty sidekick Launchpad McQuack are determined to stop him, but they're going to need some help.
They decide to turn to the Gosalyn's Junior Woodchuck Guidebook for advice, and they soon discover that the Phantom Blot is allergic to feathers. Armed with this knowledge, Darkwing decides to create a new superhero persona known as the Feathered Fury. This new persona is designed to lure the Phantom Blot into a trap by appearing as an easy target.
Meanwhile, we see that the Phantom Blot has set his sights on stealing a priceless jewel from the St. Canard Museum. However, his plans are foiled when he runs into the Feathered Fury and is quickly incapacitated by his allergy. However, things take an unexpected turn when Darkwing and Launchpad find themselves stranded on a deserted island with the Phantom Blot.
