Ep 32. Toys Czar Us

In a thrilling finale, Darkwing and Launchpad are able to break free from Tuskernini’s control and team up with Gosalyn, his adopted daughter, to put an end to Tuskernini’s evil plan. The trio confronts Tuskernini in a final showdown and ultimately prevails, freeing the children from the mind-control chips and bringing the villain to justice.
