Ep 1. Chris and Tammy

In the premiere episode of season four of DARK SIDE OF THE RING, titled Chris and Tammy, viewers will be taken on a deep dive into the tumultuous lives of professional wrestlers Chris Candido and Tammy Sytch, better known as Sunny.

The episode explores the highs and lows of the couple's relationship, which began in the wrestling world in the early 1990s. Candido and Sytch were known as a power couple, both in and out of the ring. However, their relationship was far from perfect, and the episode delves into the issues that plagued them, including drug addiction, infidelity, and legal troubles.

Ultimately, the couple's story ends in tragedy, and the episode explores the aftermath of their deaths. Candido died in 2005 at the age of 33 due to complications from pneumonia, while Sytch has struggled with legal and personal issues in the years following Candido's death.

The episode features interviews with several figures from the wrestling world who knew Candido and Sytch well, including Tammy's brother, WWE Hall of Famer Bret "The Hitman" Hart, and former WWE superstar and current AEW wrestler Chris Jericho.
