Danger Man John Drake, portrayed by Patrick McGoohan, experiences strange hallucionations after a car crash in "The Ubiquitous Mr. Lovegrove," an unusual drama in which guest star Eric Darker becomes one of John Drake's superiors, a Treasury official, and takes over the identity in Drake's mind of almost every person the Danger Man meets.Confronted with accusations that his job is endangered because he has not paid gambling debts, Drake visits a gaming club to find out what it is all about, and finds himself embroiled in mystery and intrigue, all aimed at discrediting him so that he can be blackmailed.
