Patrick McGooltan, as John Drake, leads an audacious and dangerous combined operation by British agents to rescue a colleague who is held in a East European embassy in Switzerland.Supporting the star are Jane Merrow, William Lucas, Edward Cast, Michael Gwynn, John Breslin, Kate O'Mara and Margo Johns. There is nothing more sacrosanct than an Embassy. Any disturbance of diplomatic immunity can result in international complications to all concerned. And this is why John Drake (PATRICK McGOOHAN) is sternly forbidden to make any effort to aid a colleague, Keith Turnbull (JOHN BRESLIN), who is being held in an East European embassy in Switzerland. It has been officially denied that he is there - and, so far as officialdom in concerned, nothing can be done. Keith's wife Susan (JANE MERROW) knows he is there, however: she has seen him being abducted.
