Ep 1. Superstar Sabotage: Knife, Knife Baby

As the 11th season of Cutthroat Kitchen kicks off, fans are eagerly anticipating the return of celebrity chefs competing in Superstar Sabotage: Knife, Knife Baby. Not only that, but Chef Anne Burrell hosts a "pop quiz" during the round that could lead to immeasurable advantage or detriment to the contestants, depending on their knowledge of all things seafood.

As the chefs move on to the second round, the stakes get even higher. They are tasked with preparing a dish using salmon in honor of Chef Cat Cora's charity, Chefs for Humanity. However, halfway through this round, the chefs are ambushed with a particularly cruel sabotage: their workstations are taken away and they must finish preparing their dishes in a makeshift kitchen set up outside the studio, exposed to all the elements and the derisive commentary of their opponents.

Finally, in the third round, the two remaining chefs must create an elegant and sophisticated dish with venison, one of the most complex meats to cook perfectly. They must do so while being forced to shop exclusively along the aisles in which their opponents have placed difficult, sabotaged ingredients such as jellied eels or spam. In addition to these hiccups, the chefs must navigate Cat Cora's notorious "culinary minefield," a wide array of potential obstacles that might range from their opponents hogging the stovetop to a full-blown server meltdown in the kitchen.

Ultimately, admirers of Cutthroat Kitchen will be thrilled by this season premiere. Superstar Sabotage: Knife, Knife Baby offers some of the most outrageous and challenging hindrances to date, as well as a cast of chefs who are all at the top of their game.
