Ep 8. The Wheels on the Bus / Seed Trouble

When the new school bus arrives at the Bloomsberry school, Curious George is excited to play with it. The bus looks colorful and exciting to him. Curious George climbs into the bus, but doesn't know how to drive it. He accidentally pushes some buttons on the control panel and the bus starts moving on its own! Curious George panics but soon realizes that the bus is following the route to the school. He looks out of the window and sees familiar landmarks that he knows from his walks with the Man with the Yellow Hat. Curious George relaxes and enjoys the ride. When the bus arrives at school, Curious George discovers that the bus driver is none other than Mr. Glass! After a brief chat, Mr. Glass invites Curious George to help him with a special project. Mr. Glass wants to plant flowers on the school grounds, but he doesn't have any seeds! Curious George remembers seeing a seed truck and asks Mr. Glass if he can help him find some. Mr. Glass agrees, and off they go on a seed hunt. Together, they learn about different seeds, how they grow, and how to plant them. With Curious George's help, Mr. Glass manages to plant a beautiful garden outside the school.

In the second part of the episode, Curious George is very curious about the big bags of seeds that he and Mr. Glass found. He wants to learn more about them and decides to plant some of his own seeds. He chooses a sunny spot in the backyard and starts digging. However, planting seeds turns out to be trickier than he thought. Curious George can't get the soil to stay in one place, and when he tries to water the seeds, he accidentally floods the area. Frustrated, Curious George decides to ask the Man with the Yellow Hat for help. The Man with the Yellow Hat teaches Curious George about the different types of soil, how much water seeds need, and how to take care of them. Together, they plant a garden full of vegetables and herbs. Curious George learns that it takes time and patience to grow a garden, but the results are worth it.
