A group of rogue robots, led by the one known as Dr. K, is trying to take advantage of the chaos caused by the storm and wreak havoc on the city.
With the help of Cubix and the other robots, Connor and his friends must stop Dr. K and his minions from causing any more damage and endangering the lives of the citizens of Bubble Town.
As the episode comes to a close, the storm finally passes and the people of Bubble Town are left to pick up the pieces. Connor and his friends are hailed as heroes for their bravery in the face of danger, and the robots are praised for their assistance in the disaster relief efforts.
