Cuando Seas Mia is a Mexican television series developed and produced by Azteca TV. This development also represents the second reunion for Sergio Basañez and Silvia Navarro who are two leading Mexican actors. The plot of the story begins with Paloma who plays a migrant worker at a coffee plantation, however her plans do mot include staying on forever. When she is not working on the coffee plantation she is spending her time reading and dreaming of the day when her Prince Charming will arrive to sweep her away and ride off into the sunset.
Now with the death of Don Lorenzo, the well-known and respected coffee magnate, he leaves his heirs to descend on the Casa Blanca. Among the family is Diego, Don Lorenzo's grandson, who is most likely to take over the coffee plantation but only after he completed his studies. In addition Paloma and Diego believe they have found true love, but first they must deal with a world of obstacles.
