Ep 19. The Fallen

The CSI team investigates the death of a college student who was found lying on a fire escape outside her apartment building. The victim's body shows signs of blunt force trauma and evidence suggests that she was pushed off the balcony. The team discovers that the victim was an activist fighting for the rights of undocumented immigrants and had recently been in a heated argument with a group of people at a nearby protest. As the investigation progresses, the team uncovers a web of lies and corruption involving a powerful politician and a wealthy businessman. Meanwhile, DB Russell deals with personal issues as he struggles with Dave's new job offer and his own job security at the lab. As the team gets closer to discovering the truth behind the victim's death, they also uncover a shocking secret that will change the course of one team member's life forever.
