Ep 4. Girl's Rule

Alexis and Riley have been at odds since they first met, but things reach a boiling point in Crown Lake season 1 episode 4, "Girl's Rule." After Alexis is caught cheating on an exam, their history teacher decides to assign a group project, forcing the two girls to work together. Despite their initial reluctance, Alexis and Riley start to bond over their shared interests and ultimately put together a winning presentation for the project.

However, tensions rise once again when they both express interest in the same boy, Drew. As they compete for his attention, they begin to play dirty, sabotaging each other's chances with Drew. But when he catches them in the act, he becomes disinterested in both of them, leading to an emotional confrontation between Alexis and Riley.

Meanwhile, Laurel is struggling to balance her friendship with Vanessa and her desire to fit in with the popular girls. Vanessa is hurt and frustrated when Laurel starts spending more time with the group, and it only gets worse when Laurel is caught lying to cover up their activities. Will Laurel be able to salvage her relationship with Vanessa, or will the allure of popularity ultimately leave her alone?

As the episode comes to a close, the girls of Crown Lake come together to celebrate a big win for the school's basketball team. But despite the excitement of the night, tensions continue to simmer beneath the surface, setting the stage for even more drama to come in the episodes ahead.
