Ep 9. Necessary Risks

Jordan and Woody investigate a pregnant woman's murder and discover she had undergone an experimental treatment for fertility. The only person with access to the treatment is the husband of the woman's identical twin sister, who also underwent the treatment. As they delve deeper into the investigation, they uncover lies and secrets that shed new light on the victim's past and present. Meanwhile, Nigel participates in a risky medical study in hopes of finding a cure for an illness affecting his grandfather. As his condition worsens, Nigel is forced to make a difficult decision about his involvement in the study. Elsewhere, Lily and Bug investigate the death of a former soldier who was involved in illegal activities and discover a connection to a dangerous criminal organization. As they try to unravel the complex web of lies and deceit, they realize they may have bitten off more than they can chew. In the end, the team must take necessary risks to uncover the truth and bring justice to those who have been wronged.
