After surviving a terrifying crash landing in North Korea, South Korean heiress Yoon Se-ri finds herself stranded in enemy territory with no hope of rescue. In episode 4 of the series, Se-ri continues to adjust to life in North Korea as she works to find a way back home. As she spends more time with her unexpected savior, North Korean Army captain Ri Jeong-hyeok, Se-ri begins to develop feelings for him despite their vastly different backgrounds.
Meanwhile, Se-ri’s friends and family in South Korea continue to search for her, but their efforts are hampered by the secrecy of her disappearance and the delicate political situation between the two countries. Se-ri’s brother, Yoon Se-hyung, begins to suspect foul play from their father’s company, which has been under scrutiny for the sudden disappearance of funds. With no clear leads on Se-ri’s whereabouts and mounting pressure from both the authorities and the media, Se-hyung becomes desperate for answers.
Back in North Korea, Jeong-hyeok faces his own challenges as he tries to protect Se-ri without arousing suspicion from his superiors. He enlists the help of his trusted soldiers to keep Se-ri hidden from prying eyes, but his actions do not go unnoticed. Colonel Yoon Se-ri’s father is determined to punish Se-ri for her disobedience, and he will stop at nothing to bring her back to South Korea.
As the political tensions between North and South Korea escalate and Se-ri’s safety is increasingly at risk, both she and Jeong-hyeok must decide how far they are willing to go to protect each other. Despite their vastly different upbringings and loyalties, they find themselves drawn to each other in a way they never expected.
