Ep 11. When the Levee Breaks

Annie is still uncertain about who to trust as the NOC list mystery deepens. She and Jai press Seth Newman (guest star Devon Sawa) for information, and begin to gain his trust when they find out that he was present during the interrogation of a Tunisian spy named Habib Marwan. Meanwhile, Arthur is contemplating his strategy against Lena Smith (guest star Sarah Clarke), but doesn't feel that he has enough support from Joan and the rest of the CIA. In order to gain more power, he asks Danielle to arrange a meeting with Henry Wilcox. Joan, meanwhile, is fighting her own demons. She's reluctant to trust Arthur or Wilcox, but a visit from her husband, Tash, gives her the strength she needs to confront her fears and stand up for herself. When Annie's investigation leads her to a secret room in the DPD, she realizes that she's getting closer to the truth... but also closer to danger.
